Malaria is rampant throughout the site and this is on top of the likes of dysentry, typhoid, diarrhoea, and other ailments relating to a complete lack of sanitation. There is insufficient medication around to assist with any of that. I believe from what I have learnt to date, medication is subscribed on a very general basis, diagnosis of any ailments being vague or non existent.
