Name: Mariane Bidal
Came from Bia, another town in Far North Cameroon. She has been in Mora (?) now for 6 years. She had 7 children. 3 died of sickness in Bia before the displacement. She is married but husband travels.

She is farming in the host community. She returns to Bia to farm during the day and sleeps in Mora during the night.

Boko Haram attacked her village in BIa. The villagers escaped when houses were burnt down. Her nephew was unforunately killed during the attack. Her life before the conflict was beautiful. Both her father and her own family had a large herd of livestock and they had a means to live contentedly. They have since lost their livestock to the armed groups.

All that said, she is looking foward to going back to Bia should peace returns.
