FAO-Sharidan Village
This particular village suffers floods on the river side and drought on the mountain side. Kabul river sits at the front of the village where they have attempted to plant some vegatables. However villagers are starting to give up as flash flooding would occur when the river becomes too high, washing away agricultural land.
On the back of the village, where there is an abundance of land, they are failing to cultivate due to drought and their inability to capture any rain water that does come.
